Reporting a broken coupon

If a code on this site no longer redeems, please send us:

• The coupon name (e.g. VPS 2000 G12 — High RAM)
• The code that failed
• The date and approximate time you tried it
• Any error message Netcup's checkout returned

This lets us mark the code expired and replace it from our pool within hours rather than at the next nightly verification pass.
